I’d like to congratulate all of you who came to our sessions at Ultimate Kickboxing over the past week, especially those who made it to more than one. Thank you to Ash who did a sensational job of putting the boys through three gruelling sessions which tested the guy’s both physical and mentally.
As one of our new sponsors Ash has advised that Ultimate Kickboxing have got a special offer for HCCC players. Normally it costs $15 for a one-off class but for HCCC players the cost will only be $5, for those guys who are looking to do a little extra to improve their fitness this is a fantastic offer. I know I can do with the extra work so I will be going down this Monday if anyone would like to join me.
