For those of you who have not been at training yet this season you might not be aware that not only are Symmetry Physio Therapy on board again this season as a sponsor but they have also offered us the playing service of Stephen Dow. Stephen is the friendly and infromative Physio who has come down and spoken to us on several occasions about physical preperation and injury management.
Due to work & study commitments Stephen is unable to attend all of our scheduled training session and is therefore looking for some players to join him in some extra sessions on either a Tuesday afternoon or Friday morning.

Availability:
Tuesday – After 2pm.
